caribean bananas try it a very tempting dessert

RIPE BANANAS 4 NOS
brown sugar 50gm
orange juice 30ml
grated nutmeg a pinch
butter 25gm
halve the bananas length wise and place in a baking dish.mix together sugar,spice and orange juice and pour over the juice.dot with butter.bake in a preheated oven for 15 mts.serve with ice cream.
try it .its yummy.
